Check-in and check-out procedures:

Check-in is after 14h00.

In the case of early check-in, the hotel will charge 50% of the room rate of the contract between the hotel and the customer unless prior notice or arrangement with the relevant department in the hotel.

Check out before 12h00. In case guests wish to check out after 12h00 and before 18h00, the hotel will charge 50% of the room rate, check out after 18h00 The hotel will charge an extra night, unless notified or arranged in advance. in the hotel.

Guests are required to provide ID or Passport when checking in. Customers may deposit or pay in advance to hold a room or pay after using the service. Payment method: Bank transfer or direct payment.

Cancellation / Amendment Policy:

+ Cancel within 7 days to 3 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the total room charge

+ Cancel within 3 days of arrival date will be subject to a penalty fee of 100% of the total booking price

Child Policy:

Free of charge for one child under 6 sharing bed with parents

+ Surcharge of 110,000 VND for one child from 6 to under 11 sharing bed with parents

+ Surcharge of 500,000 VND for 1 child 12 years old or older or 3rd person inclusive of extra bed
